Shipping Overview

Neutrove ships orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day and ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Example: If you place an order at 6:00 PM on Saturday, it will be prepared over the weekend and handed to the carrier on Monday.

Handling Time

Orders are packed and ready for shipment within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard U.S. Shipping – on all orders $99 and above.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping – $6.49 on orders below $99.

Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch within the continental United States.

  • Carriers used: UPS, FedEx, or USPS (based on the most efficient option).
  • UPS: Monday–Friday delivery.
  • FedEx / USPS: Monday–Saturday delivery.

Public holidays are excluded. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to one business day for tracking updates to appear.

P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO Addresses

Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses must use USPS shipping. If another carrier is selected at checkout, our system will automatically adjust it to USPS.

International Shipping

Currently, Neutrove ships primarily within the United States and select international destinations. International rates do not include customs duties, import fees, or VAT unless stated during checkout. All prices are in USD.

We currently cannot ship to Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, or Spain.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with carrier details. If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact us within 7 days at support@neutrove.com.

Does Neutrove ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
Yes. We deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS only.
