Shipping Policy

• Neutrove ships orders Monday through Saturday. Any order placed before 5:00 PM EST is guaranteed to ship out the next day, except Sunday.
• All orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following day, except Sunday. For example, if you place your order at 6:00 PM on Saturday, we will process and pack your order over the weekend, but the shipping carrier won't pick it up until Monday.
• All delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the selection chosen).
• UPS delivers packages Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• USPS and FedEx deliver Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays.
• UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping do provide a guaranteed delivery date from UPS. You can see those delivery dates during checkout under each expedited shipping option.
• We offer free standard shipping to all 50 states and US territories on orders $99 and above, including subscription orders. Purchasing digital items such as gift cards does not count toward the $99 minimum.
• Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses must select USPS shipping. These shipments can ONLY be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS carrier method if there is a conflict in the shipping selection.
• Final shipping costs will be stated before the completion of checkout.
• Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time you placed the order. Please allow 1 business day for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

• International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties, or value added taxes (VAT) by default. There is an option to select shipping that does include duties, VAT, and other international taxes, which is clearly designated in the specific shipping option. All prices listed are in USD.
• We are currently unable to ship to Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, Spain, or Israel.
